This week we continue with more news about the partnerships between bookmakers and the sports world. This time, the global international sports betting and technology brand Parimatch continues to expand the list of associated English football clubs, thus covering 30% of the league. The company reported that it recently signed an agreement adding the clubs of Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion and Southampton to its EPL partner portfolio, thus expanding its brand presence in the top football league in the UK.

Similar to the agreement signed in early August with 2020-2021 UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea, the deal with the Villa, the Seagulls and the Saints allows the sports betting operator to employ to multiple online and offline rights, ticket sales, club merchandise, and other joint projects, promotions and giveaways.

The Cyprus-based betting company, which changed its name to Parimatch Tech in July 2021, has a strong presence in other top-tier European soccer leagues as well. In the Italian Serie A, it has a partnership agreement with Juventus and a presence in the Spanish league since October 2020.
