1. What is Account-Exchange?

Account-Exchange is the service via which professional bettors can acquire not only Bet365 and Betfair accounts from people who are ready to give up their own accounts, but also a wide range of betting accounts under request.

2. Can I have an account?

Yes, provided that you are 18 years of age, you are not from the USA and you are ready to pay for the service. People won’t give up their accounts for free and we must make a living.

3. In 2 months I will be 18. Can I acquire an account?

No. You must be at least 18 years old in order to use our services. A KYC verification is mandatory for each of our clients for age confirmation.

4. I have/had a betting account by myself/through another broker – can I still have any account(s) with you?

Yes, you can.

5. What if the bookmaker that I open the betting account at through you, blocks my account and freezes my funds?

The bookmakers do not block accounts without serious reason. If you use a bot, or your IP comes from a restricted country, or you place bets on fixed matches, then your account can be blocked.

All accounts are fully KYC verified and we will take NO responsibility for damages in any and all of the cases stated above. We can only send emails to the bookmaker, requesting a resolution.

6. How long do I need to wait for a reply from you?

We do our best for fast responses but there are no guarantees. If you don’t get a reply right away, please be patient. As soon as we have a response, we will definitely come back to you.

7. How can I contact you?

8. What if I have completed a transfer, but it has not been uploaded on my account(s) yet?

Simply wait. We are not magicians, but we are good in our work. And that takes a bit of time. Be assured that we have not forgotten you.

9. Account-exchange is a new service – how can I trust you?

It is you that needs the accounts provided via our services. If you do not feel confident with us, please feel free to look for a similar service elsewhere.

10. Do I have to pass a KYC verification?

No, you don’t have to pass it.

11. Can I use Betting Software with a betting exchange account?

Yes, you can. Make sure to indicate in the registration form which software you want to use. If you forget to do so, please feel free to send us the request to [email protected].

12. Can I install the Betting Software myself and use it?

No. We will be the ones to make the installation of the requested Betting Software. It is not permitted to do so on your own.

13. Can I purchase the Betting Software myself and hand it to you for the installation?

No. When you decide to start using a Betting Software, you will need to transfer its cost to us, and we will purchase and install it for you.

14. Which currencies do you accept? In which currency will my account(s) be?

Only in Euro(€). Other currencies are not acceptable.

15. You told me that my account(s) are reserved until I make the initial deposit. What does this mean?

From the moment we receive your initial registration, we will reserve for you the account(s) requested. We will also email you all the details, so you are informed how and when to make the deposits for the accounts and membership. You have 1 hour to complete the process. If within this hour the transfer is not completed, we will reserve the account(s) for other players.

16. I have registered at first for a Bet365 account. Can I get a Betfair or any other account later?

Yes. Just email us and we will help you with this.

17. Is there any way to speed up the financial transactions instead of waiting for them to be processed in queue?

Yes, there is. You can chose the Express service that exists in every deposit, withdrawal or transfer between accounts form for an additional charge of 6%.
